LY12铝合金A-TIG焊活性剂研制

摘要:
针对LY12铝合金,利用正交试验法研制A-TIG焊接的活性剂,选用NaCl,NaF,CaF2混合物作为活性剂。实验发现,当三者质量之比为1:1:2时焊缝深宽比最大。焊接过程中电弧在未涂敷的铝板上主要为扇形,当电弧过渡到涂敷活性剂一侧时,由扇形变为钟罩形,电弧收缩,热量集中,熔深增大,此外由于焊接过程中活性剂存在,电弧左右快速摆动,增加了熔宽。

Development of active fluxes for LY12 aluminum alloy A-TIG welding

Abstract:
In this paper, active flux for LY12 aluminum alloys was developed. The active fluxes are the mixtures of NaCl,NaF and CaF2. When they were mixed in proportion of 1:1:2, the depth-to-width ratio of the welded joint is the highest. The arc shape turns from fan-shaped to bell shaped when it burns on the fluxes coated place. The arc constrict and the welding energy are concentrated, so that the penetration depth increases. The arc works on the active flux and swings to increase the weld width.
