不同焊丝对6082铝合金焊接接头组织性能的影响

摘要:
采用ER5356和ER5087铝合金焊丝对6082-T6铝合金板材进行焊接,研究了不同焊丝对6082-T6铝合金力学性能和显微组织影响。结果表明,ER5087焊丝焊接的焊缝硬度高于ER5356焊丝的焊缝硬度,这是由于ER5087焊丝中的Zr细化焊缝晶粒的结果。拉伸试验时焊接接头均断裂于热影响区,ER5087焊丝焊接的接头比ER5356焊丝焊接的接头平均屈服强度和抗拉强度高,断后伸长率稍好。

Effect of welding wire type on microstructures and properties of 6082 aluminum alloy welded joint

Abstract:
6082 aluminum alloy plates were welded with filler wire of ER5356 and ER5087 respectively.Effect of each welding wire on microstructure and mechanical property of welded joint of the 6082-T6 aluminum alloy were studied respectively.The results show that the hardness of the weld with ER5087 wire is higher than that of ER5356 wire due to grain refinement by Zr element from ER5087 wire.All tensile fracture take place in the heat affected zone of welded joint.The yield strength and tensile strength of welded joint with ER5087 wire are higher than those with ER5356 wire,and the elongation is slightly better.
