采用E60-B3等级焊接材料对SA-335P91和12Cr1MoVG异种钢进行焊接试验,研究焊接接头的微观组织、常温力学性能和高温力学性能。结果表明,常温状态下焊接接头拉伸、弯曲和冲击等力学性能均满足要求;在520~600 ℃的高温状态下,焊接接头的高温屈服强度高于两侧母材的屈服强度;焊接接头的焊缝组织主要为贝氏体+铁素体,但在SA-335P91侧焊缝区域呈现出宽度为200~260 μm的带状铁素体,带状的铁素体组织将导致接头的高温蠕变性能降低,影响焊接接头的高温服役寿命。 |

Abstract: |
E60-B3 grade welding material was used to weld the dissimilar metal joint of SA-335P91 and 12Cr1MoVG. Microstructure, mechanical properties at room and high temperature of the joint were investigated. The results showed that room temperature tensile, bend and impact mechanical properties of the welding joint can meet the requirements. The high temperature yield strength of joint was higher than both of the base metals at the temperature range of 520-600 ℃. The weld seam was composed mostly of bainite and ferrite. A banding ferrite weld zone with a width 200-260 μm appeared at the SA-335P91 metal side. The banding ferrite which reduced the high temperature creep properties of the welding joint would reduce the high temperature service life of the welding joint. |
