1 700 MPa 级高强钢焊接工艺试验及工艺评定

摘要:
1 700 MPa级高强钢是为新型装备开发的新型材料,该材料的核心技术为纳米析出相强化技术和组织精细化控制技术,使其兼备高强度和高韧性,解决了车辆材料强韧性匹配难度大的问题。对1 700 MPa级高强钢进行了焊接接头力学性能试验、焊接裂纹敏感性试验和焊接工艺评定,为该1 700 MPa级高强钢的应用提供了试验依据。

Abstract:
1 700 MPa grade high strength steel is a new type material developed for new equipment.The core technology of this material is nano-precipitation phase strengthening technology and fine structure control technology,which combines high strength and high toughness,and thus solved the difficulty in matching between strength and toughness of this steel.The mechanical properties test,welding crack sensitivity test of welded joints of 1 700 MPa grade high strength steel and welding procedure evaluation were carried out,which provided experimental basis for the application of the 1 700 MPa grade high strength steel.
