固定管斜45°氩电联焊操作要点

摘要:
以尺寸为φ114 mm×8 mm的20钢无缝钢管为例,介绍了管件对接斜45°氩电联焊的焊前准备、组对和定位焊接、打底焊接及填充与盖面焊接的工艺要点,说明了避免缺陷的焊接操作技巧和注意事项。结果表明,氩弧焊和传统的电弧焊两者的结合互补充分体现了各自的优点。利用氩电联焊方法进行钢管斜45°全位置焊接很好的验证了该方式的效果和可行性,有效降低了施工强度,提高了焊接生产效率;进一步验证分析实际工作中的应用效果和可行性。

Abstract:
Taking 20 steel seamless steel pipes with dimension of 114 mm×8 mm as an example, this paper introduces the process essentials of pre-welding preparation, alignment and positioning welding, undercutting welding, filling and cover welding for oblique 45 degree argon electric joint of pipe fittings, and explains the welding operation skills and precautions for avoiding defects. The results show that the combination of argon arc welding and traditional arc welding fully reflects their respective advantages. Argon electro-welding joint method is used to weld steel pipe obliquely at 45 degree, which proves the effectiveness and feasibility of the method, reduces the construction strength effectively, improves the welding production efficiency, and further verifies the application effect and feasibility in practical work.
