针对新能源汽车驱动电机定子扁铜线的生产需求,对扁铜线进行激光清洗以及激光焊接试验,改变激光清洗的工艺参数,并考察了清洗表面的组织形貌、表面粗糙度、显微硬度,发现当激光功率为500 W时具有最佳的清洗效果,其表面粗糙度为Ra 1.55,表面硬度为82.8 HV,接近裸铜线状态。随后对使用不同清洗工艺得到的铜线进行焊接试验,探究激光清洗工艺对焊点性能的影响。结果表明,焊点孔隙率与清洗后的铜线表面粗糙度基本呈线型分布,激光清洗可有效改善焊点的组织形貌及力学性能。最后研究了焊接工艺对焊点性能的影响,当使用4000 W功率的激光对扁铜线进行焊接,得到的焊点具有良好的成型状态最高抗剪强度,为128 MPa,从而得出了扁铜线清洗与焊接的最佳工艺。 |

For the new energy vehicle drive motor stator flat copper wire production needs, flat copper wire laser cleaning and laser welding test, change the laser cleaning process parameters, and examined the cleaning surface of the organization morphology, surface roughness, microhardness, found that when the laser power of 500 W has the best cleaning effect, the surface roughness of Ra 1.55, surface hardness of 82.8 HV, close to the bare copper wire state. copper wire.
