大型LNG储罐内罐大角缝埋弧自动焊技术研发

摘要:
由于LNG 储罐大角缝焊接位置的特殊性,目前国内完成施工的LNG储罐大角缝焊接全部采用手工电弧焊焊接(SMAW)进行大角缝焊接,受焊缝板材较厚,焊接工作量大且焊接空间受限,焊接烟尘较大等因素影响,且手工电弧焊焊接(SMAW)焊接方法焊接效率低周期长,人力设备资源占用较多,且每道焊缝焊接完毕后需打磨处理,外观成型差,对施工过程中工期及费用的控制产生很大的影响。

Abstract:
Abstract: Due to the special welding position of large fillet of LNG storage tanks, all large fillet welds of LNG storage tanks under construction in China are carried out by shielded metal arc welding welding (SMAW) process, this welding method has long welding cycle, takes up much manpower and equipment resources, and every weld needs to be polished after welding, and its appearance is poor, it has great influence on the control of time limit and cost in the construction process.
