大型铝合金骨架焊接变形控制研究

摘要:
以大型铝合金骨架产品为研究对象,对大型铝合金骨架焊接变形控制进行了研究。通过制定合适的外蒙皮拼焊方案、骨架总装拼焊的变形控制、焊接余量的预留以及焊后热处理的过程控制等措施,有效的控制了铝合金骨架的焊接变形。焊后经测量,横梁组件的间距尺寸与理论尺寸的偏差范围为-1mm~+1mm,总长尺寸与理论尺寸的偏差为+2mm,外蒙皮平面度控制在3mm以内,骨架底面平面度在4mm以内,满足设计要求。

Abstract:
Taking large aluminum alloy framework as the product object, whose welding deformation was studied. Welding deformation of the aluminum alloy framework can be controlled by methods of the formulation of appropriate welding scheme, deformation control of framework assembly welding, reservation of welding allowance and process control of post-welding heat treatment. After welding, the results show that the deviation between the spacing size of the beam component and the theoretical size is -1mm~+1mm, the deviation between the length size of the framework and the theoretical size is +2mm, the flatness of the outer skin is controlled within 3mm, and the flatness of the bottom surface of the framework is no more than 4mm. all dimensions of the framework meet the design requirements.
