焊接热输入对低合金高强钢力学性能及组织的影响

摘要:
通过立向上焊接B780CF钢板试验,改变焊条电弧焊的焊接热输入,考察其对熔敷金属力学性能及组织的影响。结果发现,随着焊接热输入的增加,抗拉强度逐渐递减,冲击吸收能量先增加后减小,在30 kJ/cm时达到最佳,强韧性达到优良的匹配。

Effect of welding heat input on mechanical properties and microstructure of low alloy high strength steel

Abstract:
The vertical-up welding tests of B780CF steel plates were carried out.The welding heat input was changed to investigate its effects on the mechanical properties and microstructure of the deposited metal.The results point that,as the welding heat input increases,the tensile strength gradually decreases and the impact absorption energy increases firstly and then decreases.When the welding heat input is 30 kJ/cm,the mechanical properties of the deposited metal are optimal,and the tensile strength matches well with the toughness.
