搅拌摩擦搭接焊用搅拌头形貌优化研究进展

摘要:
搅拌摩擦焊是一种新型固相连接技术,它的出现为铝合金等轻质合金的连接提供了新的有效途径。文中综述了关于搅拌摩擦搭接焊接头的基本特征、材料流动机理、搅拌头形貌优化等方面研究成果,并在此基础上对搅拌摩擦搭接焊中搅拌头的优化进行了展望。

Research progress on optimization of tool geometry in friction stir lap welding

Abstract:
Friction stir welding is a novel solid-state welding technology, which provides a new joining method for light alloys such as aluminum alloys. Research findings including the basic characteristics of friction stir lap welding (FSLW) joints, the law of material flow and the optimization of tool geometry have been summarized. And the prospect of optimization of tool geometry in FSLW is provided.
