汽车车身钢-铝搭接连接技术的研究现状

摘要:
目前汽车车身钢-铝搭接的连接方式有机械连接、焊接和粘铆复合连接三种方式。为适应汽车轻量化的趋势,单一的连接方法已经满足不了钢-铝搭接接头性能的要求,其连接技术亟待创新。突破传统的工艺局限,在钢-铝中添加夹层(或粘结剂),采用特制的搅拌头进行热致搅拌摩擦点焊或是激光点焊。钢-铝接头的连接机理、过程形成特征以及接头受力、力学响应特征是当前研究的主要发展趋势。论文概述了其搭接连接的研究现状及成果,并展望了前景。

The status quo of car body steel and aluminum lap connection technology

Abstract:
At present, mechanical connection, welding and rivet-bonded hybrid joining are the main connection modes of steel-aluminum lap for car body. But with the trend of automobile lightweight, a single connection method cannot meet the performance requirements of the steel-aluminum overlap joint. The connection technology needs to be innovated to break through the limitations of traditional methods. Steel-aluminum lap added with inter-layer (or binder) can be connected by thermally friction stir spot welding (FSSW) or laser welding using a special stirring tool. It becomes a tendency to investigate the steel-aluminum joint connection mechanism, the formation characteristics and the response characteristics of joint bearing capacity based on this welding method. The development of the steel-aluminum lap joint is reviewed and prospect of this field is previewed in this paper.
