|为了充分发挥活性焊的优点，通过改变活性元素的引入方式，提出了一种新的活性焊接方法——气体熔池耦合活性TIG焊(Gas Pool Coupled Activating Welding，简称GPCA-TIG焊)，该方法采用内外两个喷嘴将含有活性元素O的气体与惰性保护气体分开，达到增加焊缝熔深和减少钨极烧损的目的。针对GPCA-TIG焊接方法设计并研制了一把GPCA-TIG焊水冷焊枪，通过实际焊接效果发现，该焊枪能满足GPCA-TIG焊接方法所需要求，所得到的焊缝质量良好，进一步优化了焊枪装置，使得焊枪结构更紧凑，使用更加方便。

|Design and improvement of water-cooled welding torch used in GPCA-TIG welding method

|In order to pay the advantages of A-TIG, a new welding method named gas pool coupled activating TIG welding is proposed by changing the way of the introduction of the active element, which contains two layers of gas. This method which adopts two nozzles contains active elements in inner pipeline and inert gas protection in outer pipeline, and it is purpose of increasing the weld penetration and reducing over-burning of tungsten electrode. A GPCA-TIG welding water-cooled torch is designed and manufactured by the author of this paper. Through actual welding effect, it is found that the welding torch can satisfy the requirement of GPCA-TIG welding method. The quality of welding seam is good. Also it is very significant to improve the working efficiency of the active TIG welding method. At the same time the welding torch device is optimized, which makes the welding torch structure more compact and convenient.
