铜与不锈钢的CMT熔钎焊及其微观组织

摘要:
采用CMT熔钎焊对2.5 mm厚的QCr0.8铬青铜板与7 mm厚的S-06不锈钢板进行搭接焊,选择S201紫铜焊丝作为填充焊丝,共进行了9组参数的试验,经过试验设计与分析,焊接电流在180 A时,焊接速度在40 cm/min时,能得到良好的焊缝成形。焊缝组织为粗大的柱状晶,热影响区(HAZ)组织为粗大的等轴晶。熔钎焊区铜钢界面处存在一层过渡层,该过渡层由两部分组成,靠近钢一侧的为Fe,Cu,Cr三种元素组成的物质,靠近铜一侧的为Fe与Cr两种元素组成的物质。

Abstract:
QCr0.8 chrome bronze plate with 2.5 mm thickness and S-06 stainless steel plate with 7 mm thickness were welded by CMT welding-brazing, and S201 copper wire was chosen as a filler wire. There were nine parameters of tests. After experimental design and analysis, it could get a good weld forming when welding current was 180 A and welding speed was 40 cm/min. The weld was mainly coarse columnar crystal, while the microstructure of HAZ was coarse equiaxed crystal. There existed a transitional layer at the interface of copper and steel in welding-brazing zone, which was composed of two parts. One part close to the steel side was composed of Fe, Cu and Cr, while the other one close to the bronze side was composed of Fe and Cr.
