Q235钢镀锌层对钢/铝合金搅拌摩擦点焊接头性能的影响

摘要:
通过在Q235钢板上电镀不同厚度的锌层,研究镀锌层厚度对钢/铝合金异种金属搅拌摩擦点焊接头性能的影响。利用拉剪试验、光学显微镜、扫描电子显微镜等分析手段对钢/铝合金异种金属搅拌摩擦点焊接头性能进行了分析。结果表明,镀锌层厚度在8~12 μm的Q235镀锌钢与6061铝合金形成的点焊接头拉剪力较高。

Abstract:
The influence of galvanized layer thickness of Q235 steel on the joint performance of friction stir spot welding of galvanized steel/aluminum alloy was studied through electroplating different thickness of zinc layer on Q235 steel plate. Tensile shear test, optical microscope, scanning electron microscope were used to analyze the performance of FSSW joint of Q235 steel and 6061 aluminum alloy. The results show that the tensile shear of welded joint of Q235 steel with zinc coating thickness of 8~12 μm and 6061 aluminum alloy is higher.
