摘要: |
采用数值模拟及试验的方法对不锈钢车顶焊接产生的变形进行研究。针对城轨车体构件建立了固有应变模型,并通过模拟分析了自由变形阶段、焊前装夹后阶段、焊后装夹释放前阶段、焊后装夹释放后阶段等四个阶段完成后车体典型位置的变形情况。通过试验验证结果表明,模拟结果同试验实测结果的误差约为20%,可以较好的反映变形趋势。焊后装夹释放前阶段和焊后装夹释放后阶段的变形较大,变形最大的位置在车顶结构的两侧受装夹拘束较小的位置。 |

Abstract: |
The experimental and numerical investigation of the welding deformation of urban rail vehicle roof were carried out. The inherent strain model of urban rail vehicle roof was built. The whole welding process including free deformation period,clamping before welding period,clamping after welding period,and without clamping after welding period was simulated to obtain the deformation of each period. The numerical simulation results had good agreement with experimental data,and the average error of simulation model was about 20% which was accuracy enough to reflect the deformation trend. The deformation of the last two stage was significantly large. The maximal deformation appeared at the ends of roof structure where the restraint was less than other locations. |
