|Technological test for the manufacture of AL -6 XN super stainless steel and Q 345 R steel clad steel plate

|AL-6XN super stainless steel and Q345R steel were welded by explosion welding, and the explosive stress of clad steel plate was eliminated by heat treatment. Different welding method and welding materials for transition layer as well as surface layer were tested to ensure the mechanical and corrosion resistance property of the welding joint. Mechanical properties and corrosion resistance of the clad steel plate under different heat treatment temperatures were tested and analyzed. The results showed that medium temperature of stress relieving heat treatment should be selected to eliminate explosion stress of AL-6XN and Q345R clad steel plate. TIG welding with ERNiCrMo-3 consumable should be preferred in the preparation of transition layer and surface layer to meet the requirements of equipment manufacturing.
