Auto SK-MW全位置摆动式自动焊接小车试验及应用

摘要:
对大型低速船用柴油机高效焊接技术进行研究,结合柴油机实际结构和接头型式,开发新的焊接技术。采用Auto SKMW全位置摆动式自动焊接小车,通过对K形坡口的对接接头进行立焊试验,研究了行走速度和摆动速度两个关键参数间的匹配关系以及工装设计对焊缝质量的影响。结果表明,通过采用小的行走速度匹配大的摆动速度,并优化焊带夹持工装装置和导轨结构设计,不仅可获得优良的焊缝成形,而且可使焊接接头的力学性能和超声波无损检测结果均满足要求。

Abstract:
High-efficiency welding technology for large-scale low-speed marine diesel engines was studied and new welding techniques were developed based on the actual structure and joint type of diesel engines.The Auto SK-MW full-position oscillating automatic welding trolley was used to carry out the vertical welding test of the K-groove T-type butt joint.The matching relationship between the two key parameters of walking speed and swing speed and the influence of tooling design on the weld quality were studied.The results show that a small walking speed should be used to match the large swing speed,and the design of the strip clamping tool and the rail structure should be optimized.Excellent weld formation can be obtained through these measures and the weld mechanical properties as well as the ultrasonic non-destructive test results are satisfactory.
