焊接波纹管接头设计分析

摘要:
为了提高焊接波纹管产品质量, 对易于失效的焊接接头的结构与工艺进行分析。在融合国内外标准、资料的基础上,归纳总结了焊接波纹管接头设计的一般性规律,提出了端头露出量h、焊菇宽度W、焊缝熔陷高度K等参数与膜片厚度T的对应关系。结果表明:一般情况下,端头露出量h=(3~4)T;焊菇宽度W=(2.5~3)T;焊缝熔陷高度K≈0.65T;膜片内、外径应在焊接波纹管内、外径的基础上减少或增加熔陷余量2K。通过控制端头露出量、焊菇宽度、焊缝熔陷高度等参数,可以有效地提高焊接波纹管焊缝质量。

Abstract:
To improve the quality of the welded bellows, the structure and procedures of the welded joint which are easy to fail were analyzed. Based on the combination of domestic and foreign standards and data, the general rules of welded bellows joint design are summarized, and the corresponding relations between edge exposure h, weld bead width W, penetration height K and diaphragm thickness T are proposed. The analysis results showed that: in general, h=(3~4)T;W=(2.5~3); K≈0.65T. The inner and outer diameters of the diaphragm shall be reduced or increased on the basis of the inner and outer diameters of the welded bellows by 2K. By controlling parameters such as h,W,K, the welding quality of bellows can be improved effectively.
