Ti和B含量对X100管线钢用埋弧焊熔敷金属冲击韧性的影响

摘要:
研究了不同Ti和B元素含量对自主研发的X100管线钢用埋弧焊焊丝和高碱度焊剂匹配焊接所得熔敷金属冲击性能的影响。结果表明,B元素含量小于0.000 6%、Ti元素含量小于0.015%时,增加Ti和B元素,都有助于提高熔敷金属的冲击韧性;在B元素含量为0.000 6%、Ti元素含量为0.015%时,熔敷金属冲击吸收能量-60 ℃达到最大值(101 J)。B元素含量在0.000 6%~0.001%之间,随着Ti,B元素含量的增加,熔敷金属冲击韧性都下降;B元素含量超过0.001%后,随着Ti含量的增加,熔敷金属冲击韧性快速降低。

Effect of titanium and boron on impact toughness of the deposited metal for welding X100 pipeline steel by submerged arc welding

Abstract:
The effects of titanium (Ti) and boron (B) on impact toughness of the deposited metal obtained by own researched high basic flux and wire for submerged arc welding X100 pipeline were studied. When the content of B was below 0.000 6% and the content of Ti was below 0.015%, the impact toughness of the deposited metal increased with increasing content of Ti and B. In the case of the content of B and Ti is 0.000 6% and 0.015% respectively, the impact toughness of the deposited metal reaches the maximum (101 J) at -60 ℃. While the content of B is in the scope of 0.000 6%-0.001%, the impact toughness of the deposited metal decreases with the content of Ti and B rising. Meanwhile the content of B beyond 0.001%, the impact toughness of the deposited metal decreases rapidly.
