| SUS 301L-ST不锈钢门立柱方管自动焊时,发现门立柱装夹在焊接工装上,焊接过程中容易出现焊瘤、穿孔及未焊透等焊接缺陷,严重影响产品质量。本文通过多种焊接试验,分析焊缝缺陷原因,然后设计专用内撑工装,解决焊缝缺陷问题,实现批量生产。 |

| SUS 301 l - ST stainless steel door pillar square tube automatic welding, found the door pillar clamped on the welding equipment, welding process prone to flash, perforation and welding defects such as lack of penetration, seriously affecting the quality of the product.This paper analyzes the causes of weld defects through a variety of welding tests, and then designs special internal supporting tools to solve the defects of weld seam and realize mass production. |
