浅谈解决超高屈服强度材料凸焊熔深问题

摘要:
本文所要阐述的超高屈服强度热成型材料凸焊熔深问题,主要通过采用两次加压:即预加压和焊接压(实际焊接压力),通过试验对比和数据分析,采用不同的焊接压力设置方法,能在一定程度上解决两种不同屈服强度材料,因屈服强度差距过大导致的焊接熔深不足问题。

Abstract:
This paper expounds the super high yield strength of hot forming material welding penetration problem, Mainly through the use of two pressure:pre compression and Welding pressure (actual welding pressure), Through the analysis of test results and data, using different welding pressure setting method, to a certain extent to solve two different yield strength of the material, because of the large gap between the yield strength of the problems caused by insufficient penetration welding.
