基于Roboguide平台的机器人增材焊接虚拟仿真研究与应用

摘要:
本文旨在研究基于Roboguide平台的机器人增材焊接中的虚拟仿真技术,通过Roboguide平台进行机器人焊接离线编程,进行轨迹规划仿真的试验,应用于机器人增材焊接过程中。研究表明,基于Roboguide平台的虚拟现实仿真技术方便可靠,避免了实际操作过程中出现碰撞,优化了程序,有效缩短了机器人焊接时间,提高了机器人工作效率。

Research and Application of Robot Virtual Additive Welding Simulation Based on Roboguide Platform

Abstract:
The purpose of this paper is to study the virtual simulation technology of robot additive welding based on Roboguide platform. Through the Roboguide platform, the off-line programming of robot welding is carried out, and the experiment of trajectory planning and simulation is carried out, which is applied to the process of robot additive welding. The research shows that the virtual reality simulation technology based on the Roboguide platform is convenient and reliable, avoids the collision in the actual operation process, and optimizes the program, effectively shortens the robot welding time and improves the efficiency of the robot.
