反应堆压力容器主螺栓锻件回火冷却方式由空冷改为油冷的工艺改进研究

摘要:
本文主要是对40NCDV7.03材料主螺栓锻件在回火冷却方式空冷和油冷两种状态下的化学成份、金相组织和力学性能进行对比分析,证明相比RCCM标准规定的回火冷却方式为空冷,实际对于生产车间为热加工车间情况,回火冷却方式采用油冷能使主螺栓力学性能更稳定、综合性能配合更好,是可行的。

Abstract:
A test comparision for vessel studs forging tempering followed by between still air cooling and oil cooling is introduced in the paper, which includes chemical analysis, metallographic examinations and mechanical tests at two cooling. It is proved that in heat process shop, vessel studs forging by tempering followed by oil cooling is with better mechanical and integrated properties than by tempering followed by still air cooling and vessel studs forging by tempering followed by oil cooling is feasible.
